I used the Cronin father and son team when I sold my house in Santa Rosa and purchased another in Petaluma. Danny(son) was very responsive to text/emails/phone calls. I had alot of questions during the process and appreciated fast responses. He also has a YouTube channel that answered some of my questions as I did not grow up in Sonoma County. Danny(dad) was on top of all the paperwork and organizing our open houses. He communicated well with my family and I if we had a showing come up. My house sold quickly and above list. I'm happy.

Starting in 2012, my husband's job with the USCG moved us from CA to Washington D.C, and for the last 10 years, we have been trying to make it back home. Though the Coast Guard had other plans for us up until now, everything came together for us in 2022, when my husband was offered a special assignment in Petaluma, CA. This would be our final move before his retirement from the USCG. As the manic-driven shock of this incredible opportunity wore off (all good vibes), and as we became overwhelmed with happiness to be back in our "circle", we began to dream of our life in Petaluma. We often tuned into You Tube, searching for anything related to "Sonoma County Real Estate ". Right away, we came across the Danny Cronin team. Our Friday nights in our sleepy little town of Port Angeles, WA. led to us watching Danny's awesome videos of Sonoma County. As an alumnus of Sonoma State University, I was given the gift of memory lane, and out of the corner of my eye, I watched my husband fall in love with this place that I knew well, but that he needed to experience for himself. Danny spends an insane amount of time researching the latest trends, and he creates videos that confirm everything that I have always known about Sonoma County- it is THE best. He even created videos that included the "cons" of each city in Sonoma County. We would get a good laugh because the only "con" that he could come up with, was that there really weren't any cons to begin with ;). Because we were conducting our house-buying search from out of state, it was imperative that we worked with a realtor who was savvy with technology, and who was trustworthy to represent us when we could not be there in person. In December 2022, we visited Petaluma and met Danny and his sweet father in person. We were not prepared to conduct a serious home search until the Spring of 2023, and though they knew this, they went out of their way to show us homes, direct us to kid-friendly activities during our stay, and even guide us in finding the best margarita in town. Our home search was interesting. It was comical, stressful, educational…and allll the things that come with moving to California. I know that we stretched Danny as a professional, and for that, we commend him even more. When all was said and done, and when we found a house that we absolutely LOVED, my husband hopped on a plane. He explored the home, he explored the town, and after he called me during a jog on his second day there, I knew that he was allll in. He saw our future there, and so did I ( I always did). I fell in love with the reality of being home, and he fell in love with the house that made this reality a life-long dream come true. We got the complete package, and we will forever be grateful for this Danny Duo, who stuck with us every step of the way, and who made this transaction seamless. THANK YOU!

If I could put 10 stars, I would. We found this wonderful realtor after researching things to do in Santa Rosa and came across Danny Cronin talking about Santa Rosa. We eventually were referred to some excellent realtors, but it is hard for me to imagine being happier than we are now. He was so patient. We had to do everything long distance, and we were all over the map as to what type of house we wanted. We just knew that we would know it when we saw it. Turned out our top choice was our least favorite, and Danny encouraged us to see every house on our list. The last one worked perfectly. As with every large transaction, there were small bumps to overcome. Danny was consistently calm and encouraging and had a solution to every problem. He communicates effectively and promptly. We never waited for a response. He also has great backup with his dad who is also an excellent real estate resource. Danny is so kind that I joked about him being my new best friend forever. You cannot go wrong using him as your realtor and best friend forever. I need to note that we are just about to turn 70, so we chose someone much younger and now are thrilled with that decision.

Danny Cronin won our business by his friendly follow up phone calls. He knew we lived out of the area and had a Santa Rosa rental property. Eventually, we decided to sell, and it seemed we had a friend in the business.
We met this father and son team on our property to discuss readying the house for sale. The Cronins were able to recommend house painters who went right to work. Danny had a photographer capture the property and its best features and wrote a strong text to go with them.
When Danny held the first open house there was much interest and very positive feedback, and an immediate but low offer. A similar home that was very underpriced had us reconsidering our asking price in the current market picture. Danny and his dad, Daniel, were able to answer our questions but emphasized the decision was ours. We put the house back on the market after adjusting the price.
We were confident Danny was right on top of the process. He kept us encouraged and informed throughout with regular phone calls and communications. He was always quick to answer our calls. When we had a contract to sign, Danny walked us through the on-line process making it easy to do it all long distance.
Overall, we have been extremely pleased in the process. Danny has good business and people skills. He is competent and knowledgeable. Our confidence in his abilities was well placed. We can heartily recommend him!

Danny Cronin is one of the nicest and hardest working person I have ever met in real estate. He just helped me sell my mother’s home which was in her living trust. I was on a time crunch but he took the house from being a hoarder’s nightmare (see photos) to a beautiful move in ready home in less than a month. And I didn’t lift a finger. We met at the house, discussed the various options and then he went to work. I gave him the budget I had to work with for repairs and the selling price I hoped to receive. He found the best bids for all the work and I just needed to approve the bids and pay the invoices. He kept in constant contact with me throughout and kept me up to date on the progress.
In less than a month it was finished and he had beautiful pictures taken to list the home. All within the budget I had given him. We had a couple of misfires with buyers but Danny was there to reassure me that this was normal and we were on the right track.
The sale just closed and I couldn’t be happier. If I had to do this again, I wouldn’t do it with anyone else. I recommend Danny and his father 100%.
